Debt Negotiation/Elimination

Debt negotiation is also a huge part of restoring ones good credit standing. Just getting things off of ones credit file isn’t enough any more. There are two types of people in America those with good credit and those with not so good credit. Many if not all us start on the good side of things; you get your first lines of credit and start building up some history. If you are smart and lucky everything stays in good standing, never late means the lending world loves you. Now, certain doors are open to you.  Major purchases aren’t that major; everybody is competing for your business. You are now in the smallest percentile and are considered a vital asset to your countries economy. If this is enough for you great, but have you ever considered what else credit can do?

If so this is the page for, there is a lot more that your credit profile can do. Let’s take a quick look at how the banks make their so called money. Their money is really our money. We are basically giving the bank a line of credit whenever a bank account is open and we put money in it. The bank then turns around and takes that line of credit and buys stock in the marketplace. The interest rate (6.50% considered very good) that accrues is a very small piece of the money the bank made off their investment.

Now the banks also make a lot of money off giving lines of credit, personal and business. They charge interest off those lines (22% common). Now there are a couple of options available to us. We can go on a spending spree, cloths, vacation, cars etc. Or use the line to invest in a business. Now whatever decision is made really needs to be thought through fully. Since the banks money is accruing at 22%, what you are using it for needs to be at least going to bring you back the interest accrued. Cars, clothes, vacations unfortunately don’t get more valuable, so you won’t make money off the money spent that way. Business is a lot better option because at least you’re using the line of credit to make more money, but as we all know things don’t always work out the way they were planned.

There is a better option than both of the previous mentioned. How about using the same knowledge the banks are using, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Take that line of credit and use it the same way the lending institutions do.
